Welcome to TapDiary. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TapDiary mobile application ("Service") provided by Darak("Company", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of Service and User Responsibility

TapDiary is a customizable recording and statistics tool. While users may utilize the Service for various purposes such as health management, parenting, or learning, the features provided by the Service are for simple recording and reference purposes only.

The Company does not guarantee the medical utility or professional accuracy of the data recorded by users. Users should not make important decisions regarding their health based solely on the records and statistics provided by the Service. The user is solely responsible for any results arising from the use of the Service.

3. Data Storage and User Responsibility

• Local Storage: All data entered into TapDiary (including logs, memos, and button settings) is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit or store your personal records on external servers.
• Data Loss: Because data is stored locally, if you delete the App, reset your device, or lose your device, your data will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.
• Backup: You are responsible for managing your data. The Company is not liable for any loss of data.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Company. However, the data created and stored by the user belongs to the user.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
