v1.7.0 brings one of the most-requested features. With iCloud backup and cross-device sync, your records stay safer and carry over across your devices.
The same on iPhone and iPad
The buttons you create and the records you keep on iPhone show up just the same on iPad. Record on one and it soon appears on the other, so whichever device you pick up, you continue right where you left off.
Phone in the morning, iPad at your desk — move between devices without rebuilding buttons or transferring records.
Safe when you switch devices
With your records backed up to iCloud, there's less to worry about if you lose your phone or move to a new one. Sign in with the same Apple account on the new device and your buttons and records come right back.
You can still export and import via CSV just as before. Sync is simply an easier option layered on top.
Your records are still yours
Even with sync on, your records are stored only in your own iCloud. It's a private space managed by Apple, and no records are ever sent to TapDiary's servers. More convenience, same principle: your records never leave your hands.
How to turn it on
In Settings, open the iCloud Backup & Sync menu and flip the toggle on. It's off to start with, so turn it on whenever you're ready. Devices signed in to the same Apple account connect automatically.
Update to the latest version on the App Store.
