The long-awaited dark mode is here. It follows your device settings automatically, or you can pin it to light or dark. Log comfortably even in the dark.
TapDiary v1.8.2 Update: Dark Mode
Dark mode — one of the features so many of you have been waiting for — is here. Whether you're logging in a dim room or looking back on your day at night, it's now easier on the eyes.
Follows your device automatically
The default is System. When your device switches to dark mode, TapDiary goes dark with it, and when it returns to light mode during the day, the app brightens up too. Nothing to fiddle with — just keep using it the way you always have.
If you'd rather stick with one look, you can also pin it to Light or Dark in Settings.
Polished in every corner
We didn't just flip the colors. From the record buttons on the home screen to the timeline, stats, and settings, we went through every screen one by one to make sure everything stays easy to read on a dark background. Wherever you are in the app, you can focus on your records.
Also worth knowing
In v1.8.1, the record button limit went up from 6 to 10. As a thank-you to everyone who's been with us along the way, all 10 are unlocked for everyone — so if there's a button you've been putting off, now's the time to add it.
Update to the latest version on the App Store or Google Play.
